Britten Serenade (2022)

Britten Serenade (2022) is a concert film commissioned by London Chamber Orchestra. Fly On The Wall was invited to create a film of a single concert event, one night at London's iconic St John's Smith Square. Drawing inspiration from '90s music documentary videos, the film was created using five vérité perspectives from daring filmmaking positions. The footage collected had no centralised direction but a common aesthetic, the visual narrative only emerging in the editing suite.
