How we work

Every Fly On The Wall project begins with people and place: artists, institutions and cultural partners who share a belief that some ideas are worth making simply because they matter.

We start by conceiving a bold cultural idea — something that does not already exist, is exciting, culturally valuable now, and open to everyone. Each project is shaped around a real artistic moment: performance, creation, rehearsal or discovery.

To make these ideas real, we build mixed funding. Charitable support and responsible commercial partnership work together to give projects scale, reach and public access.

We then assemble bespoke teams — leading musicians, filmmakers, sound specialists and producers — and execute with uncompromising art-led production.

Finally, we document with integrity. Our films and recordings are created as cultural documents and are shared as widely and freely as possible through digital platforms, press and broadcast.

At every stage, cultural purpose leads. Partnership, funding and visibility exist to serve the work.
